A. heyC's Role-Play is an AI-powered practice environment with district aligned documents and resources embedded within the technology. Within Role-play, teachers and staff can rehearse real classroom or leadership scenarios in a safe, judgement-free way before they happen in real life.

Q. How should I introduce Role-play to my team?

A. Keep it simple. Let them know this is private, judgment-free, and built for them. They use it how they want, when they want. Model it yourself. Run a role-play in a team meeting. Let them see what it feels like. That’s the best pitch.

Q. How do I know teachers are using it?

A. Talk about it. When a teacher comes to you with a tough situation, ask: “Did you try practicing this in heyC’s role-play first?” Bring it up in team meetings. Ask people to share how they’re using it. Conversations drive adoption.

Q. Can I see individual sessions?

A. No. Individual sessions are private. You’ll have aggregate trends to guide school-wide support.

Q. Will this add to my workload?

A. No! The opposite. When your team practices ahead of time, they handle tough situations faster and with more confidence. Less follow-up. Fewer escalations.

Q. Can I use Role-play? Or can I give it to other non-teachers like coaches in my school?

A. Yes! You can totally do that. Use the “create a scenario” and start using it.

Q. What if the scenario I want is not on there?

A. No problem!  If the scenario you want isn’t there, heyC lets you build your own.  In a few short clicks, you can write your own scenario and practice from there!
