Traditional training wasn't making teachers more impactful — it didn't stick, wasn't personalized, and faded after orientation. Lancaster knew mentorship was the answer but could never staff it for everyone. As an AI-forward district, they believed AI could solve the real problem.

Started with new teachers, then extended to coaches, APs, and principals the support model they always wanted, now at scale. Lesson planning, TEKS & STAAR alignment, T-TESS, ELL support personalized, grounded in Lancaster's own systems.
